While a lot of couples meet at work. Most don’t meet while working with the criminally insane. So Kayte would say their meeting is a little unconventional ‘but really he is just the absolute best thing in my life.’ And when I asked them what they like to do together in their spare time, Charlie said ‘everything.’ They both went on to describe what they actually do when they aren’t at work together but in the grand scheme of things, they are both perfectly happy just being together. I can’t think of a better answer myself.

I loved listening to Kayte describe the little seeds that the Lord planted in her life along the way that would eventually lead her from her hometown in Colorado all the way to Michigan where she met her prince. Charlie and Kayte both describe their meeting as divine intervention. And I swooned. They are planning a wedding at the Inn at Bay Harbor. It is important to Kayte that her family from Colorado experience northern part of our gorgeous state. Kayte and Charlie, I can’t wait to see you both again on your wedding day this September!!
