Joe, Alyce and I had the most incredible evening this summer for their Stony Creek engagement photos. We had the dreamiest gooey sunset. Alyce and Joe nailed their outfit choices. And my favorite part… they brought their dogs. A special thank you goes to Alyce’s brother and partner for your help with the furbabies. I hope that your payment in the form of champagne was worth it!
If you have been around for a while you know that I always think dogs are a great idea. Props in general are a great idea. Dogs are not props… but champagne is! And well, champagne is also always a good idea. When you think about planning your own session with me, know that your dogs are always welcome and props of any kind are always encouraged. Both resonate with you on a personal level, can help you relax if you are feeling timid going into your session, and help us create authentic moments.
You know what is even better than having your dogs at your engagement session? Having them at your wedding! I am so excited Alyce and Joe have decided to have theirs present when they say ‘I do’ at Planterra this December. One of the first things Alyce said to me is they love plants and dogs so they chose a venue literally full of floor to ceiling plants with the ability to bring their babies.
