Sarah and Phil’s blush and navy Royal Park Hotel Wedding was the loveliest intimate affair staged Oscar-style in the conservatory of the hotel. The tables were set and the candles were lit as guests began to arrive. The center of the room creating an aisle for their ceremony. At the top of the aisle was an open chuppah that welcomed the couple, their children, and their friends and family into the space. And into the lives of Sarah and Phil’s new adventure as husband and wife; their village as they say.

Phil and Sarah have created space for each other to share what was their separate spiritual beliefs and merge them into a shared experience week to week. Each dedicating time together to worship at their Charismatic home church in Troy as well as at Temple. They have blended not just their faith but their families as well. And now their separate homes and children will merge under one roof as their journey as husband and wife begins.

You know I’m a sucker for details. The naturally lit conservatory served as a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony, dinner, and dancing. The courtyard just beyond the windows was full of twinkle lights as the sun set with the gentle pitter of water from the fountain. Bruce at Breathe of Spring created beautiful florals for Sarah and Phil’s special day. Phil’s suit was a total stunner. Sarah’s son wore a blush colored paisley vest that was a match to Phil’s white one. A really nice touch. Each of the girls selected their own dresses in a style the each loved creating a lovely color palette. And Sarah’s dress was made just for her. It was as dainty and delicate as Sarah is herself.
