If you have been reading for a while, you have heard me talk about the start of my relationship with my own husband, Todd at the ripe old age of fifteen. We worked together at a chicken joint. While my advances were quite obvious to everyone we worked with, Todd never read the signals. Ultimately, I had to ask him out. So when I received my first email from Christina I couldn’t wait to meet them! Christina and Alex met their freshman year at MSU but didn’t begin to date until their junior year because… you guessed it, Alex was a bit shy in asking Christina out.

I then of course was so excited to shoot their engagement session at Michigan State. When we finally reached the building they shared their freshman year, I felt like a kid in a candy story. You know I’m a googley eyed sucker for a good romantic story! After their engagement session and running into Christina at the hair salon I am so excited about having gotten to know them each better. And I’m so excited for their Birmingham Community House wedding next year! Enjoy some of my personal favorites from their romantic trip around MSU with me.
