The Happy Couple…

Katie and Matt, like most couples, arrived for their engagement session a ball of nerves. I eased their nerves and we got start right away at the Detroit Institute of Arts. I love the DIA for all of the white marble. It’s such a classic option and really lets my bride and groom shine.

The Proposal…

Matt and Katie both went to Central Michigan University and like so many other couples, they didn’t meet until after graduation while working for the same company. Fast forward four years and Matt surprised Katie by getting down on one knee at one of her favorite beaches in Florida while on vacation.

The Wedding Plans…

They are planning a ceremony and reception at the Inn at St John’s with much anticipation and excitement. I can’t wait to see their vision come to life in December with all the sparkle and glitter of Christmas at the Inn at St John’s.
