Summer Ford house engagement photos in Grosse Pointe, Michigan provided by Kari Dawson top-rated southeastern Michigan wedding photographer.
As soon as Kaitlyn and Matthew stepped out of the car for their Ford House engagement photos I was stoked. Their first outfits were the perfect choice against the backdrop of the Edsel and Eleanor Ford House. Right down to the white tuxedo for their pup, Grizzly. Kaitlyn and Matthew made a swift change into white and denim, for the second half, with matching sneakers. I loved their casual choice just as much so I could see and show off the tattoos they both have. Matthew and Kaitlyn were at ease in casual and formal outfits both and naturals to shoot.
You will easily be able to tell just how smitten these two are with each other. Add sexy to the list of qualities, too. We had a blast chatting and I enjoyed getting to know each of them a little better while we frolicked around the estate. Our conversation was easy and the mood light. After I was done swooning over Grizzly that is. I am always a sucker for your fur babies and love it when you bring them to our sessions. We got so lucky with a breezy evening that gave us a break from the extreme heat and insane humidity. The light was glorious as we enjoyed a lovely evening together. For anyone that is thinking about a session at the Ford House, it can be tricky to get onto their calendar, but it is always well worth the wait and the trouble.
I truly cannot wait for the magic we will make the day of their May wedding next year at the Detroit Golf Club!
