Spring Downtown Toledo Engagement Photos at the Toledo Museum of Art and the Docks at International Park provided by Kari Dawson top-rated Toledo, Ohio wedding photographer.
I knew as I approached Valeriya and Jacob at the Toledo Museum of Art for their Toledo engagement photos and saw them in pink and navy that they are my people! We had high hopes for a little sunshine and mild temperatures but we got snow instead. But I’m not mad about it. And the wind later coming in off the water at the Docks at the International Park added to their magic. Per usual, I relied on my lovely couple to choose the locations for their engagement photos as they always come up with something that resonates with them on a personal level.
We spent the morning getting to know each other better. Getting Jacob and Valeriya comfortable in front of the camera. And just have a fun time trying to stay warm. The fireball minis helped take the edge off for them 😉 We spent a little time talking about Valeriya and Jacob’s ‘not the elopement’… they are not eloping, they are planning a micro wedding. I’m excited to meet their immediate families in May at the Toledo Botanical Garden as we usher them down the aisle and hey say ‘I DO!’
