Alexis and Andrew’s Meadow Brook Hall wedding was elegant, unique, classic, romantic, and timeless. In other words, Alexis’s Pinterest worthy dream wedding. And I knew it would be nothing less. When you have coordinated more than 900 events and ushered more than 100 brides down the aisle you might know a thing or two about what you want your wedding to look like. Alexis is the coordinator extraordinaire at Meadow Brook and therefore, styled their entire wedding with her dream team of vendors. This is one of the few weddings I have ever seen that took a completely simple approach and made it both modern and timeless while being classic and romantic.

Firstly, centerpieces that are larger than life. Literally taller than my petite five foot frame. Secondly, luscious garland that draped other tables. Further, mirrored table tops combined with lots of unstructured greenery, white roses galore, and the perfect number of candles. The tent flaps were all opened for an el fresco feeling. The white dance floor was an incredible touch along with the custom white facade that Alexi’s father built just for the wedding. The white bar really popped in front of the glass and gold shelves that held the event’s glassware. Above all, no detail was left untouched. And Andrew… Andrew just wanted to marry his girl!

While the details, personal touches, and decor are all as important as the perfect gown, sleek black bridesmaid dresses, and crisp black tuxedos, it really was their tight knit family and friends that made their day special. To sum it up, the external beauty of the day was really just the cherry on top of the incredible celebration of the marriage of two incredible humans. A lovely couple that is not just a client, but friends!
