Kelly’s excitement on her wedding day was contagious. She is a ball of happy energy. I didn’t see even a flash of nervousness. Even as she walked toward Pat for their First Look she just became even more excited and bubbled over with joy. Pat is equally as energetic and they really feed off of each other. These two are so easy together. Being in their presence just makes you happy to be alive.

For any of my couples, especially my grooms, who wonder if their First Look will change their emotions for the ceremony. The answer is no. Ceremony after ceremony after a First Look my brides and even my grooms are still highly emotional during the ceremony. Pat and Kelly were no exception. Pat’s expression as he tried to hold back tears while Kelly, also tearful, made her way toward her groom was so endearing. They were later teasing each other for setting each other off.

As you scroll through their day it will be apparant just how loved Kelly and Pat are and how in love they are with each other. Laura Davis and Co made everything run perfectly without a single hitch. The weather was divine. The ceremony was full of laughter as were the toasts.

Kelly’s dad started his toast with a pre-toast admitting that it’s tough for a Spartan to have a drink sitting in front of them that aren’t supposed to touch. Spartan Alumni are among my favorite kind of wedding because they bleed green and throw amazingly fun parties. Go Green. Go White.

Dinner gave way to dancing and this, friends was a party! Pat lifted Kelly off her feet during their first dance. My heart melted and their friends and family roared.
